Zusammenfassung
Gesundheit nimmt im Gesundheitswesen eine zweifache Rolle ein. Gesundheit ist
einerseits der Kern der Dienstleistung, alle Einrichtungen tragen direkt oder
indirekt zur Vorbeugung von Krankheiten sowie zur Erhaltung, Sicherung oder
Wiederherstellung von Gesundheit bei. Andererseits sind hier die Beschäftigten
auch gesundheitlichen Risiken ausgesetzt. Vorhandene systemische wie auch
individuelle Gesundheitsressourcen werden zudem selten strategisch
gefördert.
Summary
Workplace health management in healthcare service
The role health plays in the public health service is dual. Health is both the
core of the service of all related facilities and contributes directly or
indirectly to the prevention of disease as well as for the conservation,
protection or restoration of health. On the other hand, however, the employees
in health related facilities themselves are also exposed to health risks within
the context of workplace health management. This is due to little emphasis being
put on strategic promotion of the systemic and individual health resources.
